ABOUT LT
LT Enterprises was founded in 1982 by Jack Tepe, a toolmaker/mechanical engineer and former Manager of Quality and Manufacturing in a large aerospace company. His wife, Nornie, enthusiastically supported the endeavor but was certain he would need lots of help, so she suggested a silent partner be acquired and “The Big Guy” was petitioned.
L/T - Lord and Tepe - Enterprises was born.
Kirk Tepe, the youngest son of Jack’s six children, an accomplished tool and die maker and die designer joined the company several years later, and has been a strong leader in the company’s direction. Jack and Kirk have guided the company through steady growth by providing exceptional quality service and investing in quality people and equipment. With a deep devotion to country as well as a keen sense of the needs of the industry, both of these former Marines keep L/T Enterprises going strong, and moving ahead of the curve.  Kirk Tepe now serves as the President of LT Enterprises.
LT Enterprises’ manufacturing center of excellence is located on a 10-acre campus in Fairfield, Ohio between Cincinnati and Dayton. Our 60,000 square foot showcase facility is clean, modern, and environmentally controlled as it is designed for operational efficiency and workflow enhancement. Our high performing workforce can operate as required to deliver on time - every time.
